Runroom commissioned me to do illustrations for the Realworld post: "Iterative incremental development" about work processes in digital product development.

The challenge was to compare the Agile versus Waterfall methodologies visually. Motion graphics by Riccardo Marras. Agile aims at early delivery of value and works on the basis of deliverable MVP functional prototypes, which the customer contrasts for iterating with focus. In the Waterfall methodology, everything is planned at the beginning, it is executed with almost no customer feedback and the result sometimes does not meet expectations and implementing changes is often a nightmare.
